Breathless Project is a community-run DayZ PVE server. Payments made through our shop are voluntary contributions that support the running and ongoing development of the server. This policy explains what you are paying for and the terms that apply.
All payments are voluntary. They are not required to play on the server, and they do not purchase ownership of any in-game item, currency, or account. In return for a contribution, contributors may receive access to digital perks (such as cosmetic skins, a season pass, or similar features).
All perks are cosmetic or quality-of-life only and comply with Bohemia Interactive's monetization rules for DayZ community servers. No contribution grants a competitive or gameplay advantage over other players.
Perks are digital and are made available to you immediately or shortly after your contribution is confirmed. Because the digital content/service begins immediately at your request, you expressly agree to immediate performance.

This acceptance is recorded (date, time, and identifier) for each transaction. As a result, contributions are final and non-refundable once the perks have been made available.
Subscription contributions (e.g. monthly packs) renew automatically each month until cancelled. You may cancel at any time to stop future renewals; cancellation stops the next charge but does not refund a contribution already made. You can cancel from your PayPal account or by opening a ticket on our Discord.
Payments are processed by PayPal. PayPal's own Buyer Protection terms apply independently of this policy. If you believe a charge was made in error or without authorisation, please contact us first via a support ticket so we can help resolve it quickly.
Contributions do not exempt any account from the server rules. Accounts removed or banned for rule violations are not entitled to a refund of past contributions.
