These Terms govern your use of the Breathless Project community, including our DayZ game server, Discord server, Discord bot, and the website at breathlesspve.com (together, the "Services"). By using the Services you agree to these Terms.
You must meet Discord's minimum age requirement and comply with Discord's and Bohemia Interactive's terms. The Services are provided by a community, not by Bohemia Interactive or Discord.
You agree to follow our server rules. We may issue warnings, mutes, kicks, or bans for violations at our discretion. Harassment, cheating, exploiting, and abuse are not tolerated.
Access may require linking your Discord and/or game identity. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or remove access to protect the community.
Payments through our shop are voluntary contributions that support the server. They are governed by our Support & Refund Policy, including the non-refundable terms you accept at checkout. All perks are cosmetic or quality-of-life only and follow Bohemia's monetization rules.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and the server may be wiped, reset, or changed at any time. In-game items, progress, and currency have no real-world value and may be lost.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of in-game items, data, or progress arising from use of the Services.
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what data we process.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on our Discord. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
